후기청소년을 위한 한국군의 병영문화 개선에 대한 고찰

국문 초록

현재 우리 군에 입대하는 초급간부와 병사들의 대부분은 후기청소년들이다. 그러나 이들을 위한 장려정책에 대한 고민은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구를 통하여 후기청소년기의 특성을 분석해보고, 이들을 위한 병영문화 개선과제에 대해 고찰해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 적용한 주요 연구방법으로 연구 특성을 고려하여 병영문화 개선 및 MZ 세대 연구와 관련 학술지, 학위논문 등 문헌연구와 일부 실증연구 자료를 활용하였다. 후기청소년기의 장병 특성을 고려해서 한국군의 병영문화 개선에 대해 다음 몇 가지 방안을 도출하였다. 첫째, 병사계층의 권한과 책임 강화. 둘째, 여성가족부의 지원을 통한 군내 후기청소년의 정신발달과 스트레스 극복 방안 마련. 셋째, 마약을 비롯한 항정신성 약물에 대한 강력한 대응. 넷째, 초급간부에 대한 관심 필요. 이외에도 후기청소년 전문가 양성과 후기청소년을 위한 이해 등의 과정도 고려되어야 한다. 마지막으로 정서지능 향상을 위한 의사소통의 활성화와 사회경험 제공 방안에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구를 통하여 군 내에서 후기청소년에 대한 인식이 확대될 수 있을 것이며 이를 통해 후기청소년들은 더 많은 성장을 이루어 낼 것이다.

영문 초록

Currently, most of the beginner executives and soldiers who join the Korean military are late youth. Therefore, through this article, the characteristics of late adolescence will be analyzed, and military culture improvement tasks for them will be considered. As the main research method applied in this article, literature studies and some empirical research data such as military culture improvement, MZ generation research, related academic journals, and thesis were used in consideration of the research characteristics. Firstly, strengthen the authority and responsibility of the soldier class. Secondly, through the support of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, measures to overcome stress and mental development of late youth in the military are prepared. Thirdly, a strong response to antipsychotic drugs including drugs. Fourth, interest in early youth needs to be considered. In addition, processes such as training late youth experts and understanding for late youth should be considered. Finally, it is necessary to review measures to revitalize communication and provide social experience to improve emotional intelligence. Through this article, awareness of late youth in the military can be expanded, and through this, late youth will achieve further growth.
