국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 자율전공학부 학생의 진로성숙도, 전공선택 프로그램 만족도, 자율전공학부 만족도의 관계를 살펴보고 자율전공학부 만족도를 높이는 방안을 탐색하는 데 있다. 방법 본 연구를 위해 전북 소재의 K대학의 132명의 자율전공학부 학생을 대상으로 진로성숙도, 전공선택 프로그램 만족도, 자율전공학부 만족도 설문을 실시하였고 수집된 114건의 자료를 Stata IC 14를 사용하여 t-test, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구를 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공선택 프로그램 중 책임지도교수와의 상담에서 전공을 선택한 학생과 전공을 선택하지 않은 학생 간의 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 학생에게 의미있는 진로지도와 학사지도를 제공하는 전문적인상담지원이 필요함을 의미한다. 둘째, 진로성숙도는 자율전공학부 만족도와 상관관계 없음이 나타났다. 이는 자율전공학부를 선택하는 학생이 진로를 결정하고 진로를 준비하는 진로성숙도가 낮음을 의미한다. 이에 진로성숙 교육프로그램 및 상담 프로그램 개발및 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 자율전공학부 만족도에 영향을 미치는 프로그램은 특강과 심리상담으로 나타났다. 자율전공학부 학생의자기효능감 및 동기부여를 담당하는 전문상담교수가 필요하다. 결론 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 자율전공학부 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 논의와 시사점을 제시하고 연구의 일반화를 위한 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between career maturity, satisfaction with programs for selecting a major, and satisfaction with the major among students of the school of the liberal studies and to explore ways to increase satisfaction with the school of the liberal studies. Methods For this study, a questionnaire on career maturity, satisfaction with major selection programs, and satisfaction with the school of the liberal studies was conducted for 132 students at K University in Jeonbuk, and 114 collected data were t-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted using Stata IC 14. Results The research results derived through this study are as follows. First, among the major selection programs, there was a significant difference between students who chose their major in counseling with the responsible adviser and those who did not. This implies the need for professional counseling support that provides meaningful career and academic guidance to students. Second, it was found that career maturity was not correlated with satisfaction with the school of the liberal studies. This means that the quality of students who choose the school of the liberal studies deciding their career path and preparing for their career path is low. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop and provide educational programs and counseling programs that can lead to career maturity. Third, special lectures and psychological counseling were found to have programs that influence the satisfaction of the school of the liberal studies. There is a need for a responsible supervisor in charge of self-efficacy and motivation for students. Conclusions Based on these research results, discussions and implications for improving the satisfaction of the school of the liberal studies were presented, and follow-up studies for generalization of research were proposed.
