국문 초록
In China, the rise of the Internet as a health information medium has bolstered public participation
in health checkups. This study focuses on WeChat's Health Check Self-service System, applying service
design principles to enhance user experience. By adopting a user-centered approach, the research aims to
deliver a service that meets user expectations and improves interaction with the online appointment platform.
The findings highlight the importance of considering user needs in Health Information System (HIS)
development to ensure service quality. The study reveals that a well-designed, user-friendly service can
positively influence user engagement, providing valuable insights for future innovations in online health
service design.
