Abstract: Background: As digital technology continues to advance and gain widespread use, the
creation of digital museums is becoming more and more prevalent. In response to the diverse
needs of society, there is a growing demand for high-quality digital museums. Objectives: In
particular, three-dimensional data collection is a cutting-edge technology with great promise.
However, current research suggests that the accuracy and integrity of museum data could be
improved, and the 3D reality reconstruction process needs to be improved. Methods: By
conducting a thorough analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of single data source
modeling, we can provide more precise and reliable data to support the digital transformation of
museums. Results: The study addresses the challenges of digitalizing museums in our country by
employing drone slope photography, three-dimensional laser scanning, and ground proximity
measurement technology to obtain high-accuracy data, allowing for the precise reconstruction of
three-dimensional models. Conclusions: This study approach not only marks a significant
advancement in museum digitalization practices but also lays a foundation for future research
directions, aiming to further refine these technologies and enhance the digital preservation and
presentation of cultural heritage.
