국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 모델 전공 대학생들에게 내재된 자기결정성, 정서조절능력, 진로탄력성의 관계를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 국내 대학 모델 전공 대학생 206명(남자: 74명, 여자: 132명)이며, 편의표본추출법을 활용해 표본을 취합하였다. 이후 취합된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 21.0을 통해 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 기술통계(descriptive statistics), 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis), 내적 일관성계수((Cronbach's α) α), 상관관계(correlation analysis), 경로분석(path analysis), Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro 매개모형(mediation) 검증 기법을 활용한 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)을 통해 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 모든 통계적 유의성은 α=.05를 기준으로 설정하였다. 결과 첫째, 관계성과 유능감이 정서조절능력에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 관계성과 정서조절능력이 진로탄력성에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 정서조절의 매개효과 검증에서는 관계성, 유능감과 진로탄력성의 관계에서 정서조절이 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 결론 모델과(科) 대학생들의 유연한 진로변경과 진로 변경 적응력 향상을 위해 정서조절 관리와 긍정적인 대인관계 형성 함양에 대한 다각적인 논의가 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This research was conducted to explore the relationship between Self-Determination, emotional reg-ulation ability, and career resilience among model major university students. Methods This research was conducted to explore the relationship between Self-Determination, emotional regu-lation ability, and career resilience among model major university students. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, ex-ploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency coefficient ((Cronbach's α)α), correla-tion analysis, path analysis, and bootstrapping using Hayes' (2013) PROCESS macro mediation test technique. All statistical significance was set at α=.05. Results The results are as follows: First, connectedness and competence had a positive influence on emotional regulation ability. Second, connectedness and emotional regulation ability had a positive influence on career adaptability. Third, in the mediation analysis of emotional regulation, it was confirmed that emotional regulation played a mediating role in the relationship between connectedness, competence, and career adaptability. Conclusions These findings highlight the importance of multidimensional discussions on emotional regulation management and fostering positive relationships for enhancing the flexible career development of model major university students.
