영문 초록

The change by the digital technology has been wide and rapidcompared with the change having influence on the cinema so farincluding the introduction of the sound and introduction of the colorfilms. The changes by the digital technology has brought the changes inthe aesthetic aspect and the industrial aspect. It caused the change of thenew paradigm in the cinema and film education. The matter whether howwe train the human resource has to start from the analysis about therequiring any kind of human resource in the industry and society. It hasto become concrete and be specialized from the short-term plancustomized fostering of human resource to the long-dated film directortraining plan out of a dichotomous way of thinking. In the time of the digital media fusion, the topic about the expansionof the educational area and the plan for the education program have to bedeeply discussed. The time of the change can bring crisis but can be thechance which can overcome and develop at the same time. We have tostart from the essential problem about the aim of the education. We needa serious research for the specialization and the characterization of thecurriculum and we have to examine closely the way of the admission for new students.
