비대면 영화교육에 대한 전망

국문 초록

비대면 교육은 코로나19 상황에서도 교육을 지속할 수 있는 대안으로 떠올랐다. 그러나 사람들은 여전히 비대면 교육에 대해 호의적이지 않다. 비대면 교육은 뭔가 부족하고, 다가가기 어렵고, 낯설다는 인식이 크기 때문이다. 영화교육에서도 마찬가지다. 공동작업을 기반으로 하는 영화교육은 비대면 상황에서 영화교육의 특성을 드러내기 힘들기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 비대면 교육은 앞으로 계속될 가능성이 크다. 교수자와 학습자는 이미 비대면 교육의 장점을 경험하였으며, 학교는 교육 기반을 구축했기때문이다. 더구나 2025년에 실시될 고교학점제에서 비대면 교육은 중요한 역할을할 것으로 보인다. 따라서 비대면 영화교육의 정착과 활성화를 위한 논의가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 비대면 영화교육을 향한 불편한 시선에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 참여자 인식의 혼란, 커뮤니케이션의 약화, 영화교육의 효과 감소를 이에 대한 원인으로 분석하였다. 더불어 비대면 영화교육의 정착 방안을 고찰하였다. 그것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수자의 인식 전환이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 화상 수업 프로그램 기능 활용, 현실감을 제공하는 학습공간 구축 등 비대면 환경을 기반으로 하는 커뮤니케이션 활성화를 도모해야 한다. 셋째, 비대면 교육 환경에 적합한 교수법과 교육내용을 개발하여, 영화교육의효과를 키워야 한다. 이렇게 비대면 영화교육이 안착하여 확실한 교육체계를 갖춘다면, 향후 영화교육의 활성화에 기여할 것이며, 교수자는 물론 학습자와 한국 사회를 위해서도 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Online education has emerged as an alternative to continuing education in Covid-19 situations. But many people still does not like online learning. This is because there is a great perception that face-to-screen learning is lack and difficult to approach, and unfamiliar. The same is true of film education. This is because film education based on collaboration is difficult to reveal the characteristics of film education in a face-to-screen situation. Nevertheless, online education is likely to continue in the future. This is because we have already experienced the advantages of face-to-screen education and have established educational infrastructure. Furthermore, this education is expected to play an important role in the high school credit system to be implemented in 2025. Therefore, it is time for discussions to establish and revitalize online film education. In this study, we first looked at the uncomfortable view of face-to-screen film education and analyzed it as the cause of the confusion of perception, the weakening of communication, and the reduction of the utility of film education. And I considered the way to establish online film education. These are as follows: First, teachers’ perceptions need to be changed. Secondly, it is necessary to promote communication-based on online environments, such as utilizing functions of online live classes and establishing a learning space that provides a sense of reality. Third, it is necessary to develop teaching methods and educational contents suitable for online educational environments to enhance the utility of film education. If face-to-screen film education is established and a solid education system is established, it will contribute to the revitalization of film education in the future, and it can play an important role not only for professors but also for learners and Korean society.
