국문 초록
[연구목적]우리나라의 정부와 기업들은 스마트팩토리의 안정적인 도입과 확산을 위해서 다양한 제도와 정책을 통해서 적극적으로 장려하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템성공모델(Information System Success Model：ISSM)에 기반을 두고 스마트팩토리의 도입수준에 따라서 직원 만족도의 평균 차이가 있는지를 규명하였다. [연구방법]본 연구의 대상은 스마트팩토리를 도입하고 있는 기업들이었으며, 자료수집방법은 설문지법을 사용하였다. 300부의 회수된 설문지 중에서 276부의 유효표본을 가지고 연구가설의 검증을 위해서 일원분산분석(One－way ANOVA)과 다중비교검증 방법인 Scheffe 방법을 적용하였다. [연구결과]본 연구의 가설 검증 결과에 의하면, 국내기업들의 스마트팩토리 도입수준은 직원들의 평균 만족도에 차이를 가져온 것으로 나타났다. 특히 스마트팩토리 도입수준이 높아지면 도입기업의 직원 만족도가 향상될 수 있음을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구 결과는 향후 정부에서 추진하는 스마트팩토리 고도화 사업지원의 타당성을 확보하고 스마트팩토리에 대한 정부 지원의 정당성을 부여받을 수 있도록 하는데 필요한 기초정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
영문 초록
[Purpose]Based on the Information System Success Model (ISSM), we investigated whether there was an average difference in employee satisfaction depending on the level of smart factory introduction. [Methodology]One－way ANOVA and the Scheffe method, a multiple comparison test method, were applied to verify the research hypothesis with a valid sample of 276 copies out of 300 returned questionnaires. [Findings]According to the hypothesis testing results, the level of smart factory introduction by domestic companies resulted in a difference in the average satisfaction of employees. In particular, it was confirmed that as the level of smart factory adoption increases, the employee satisfaction level of the adopting company can improve. [Implications]The results of this study are expected to provide the basic information necessary to secure the feasibility of supporting smart factory advancement projects promoted by the government in the future and to justify government support for smart factories.
