상담전공 학부생의 진로장벽인식이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 상담전공 학부생의 진로장벽인식과 진로결정수준 간의 관계에서 진로탐색효능감이매개효과를 나타내는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 경상권, 전라권 및 충청권 소재 대학교에 재학 중인상담전공 학부생을 대상으로, 진로장벽인식, 진로탐색효능감 및 진로결정수준 척도를 사용해 설문을실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS PROCESS macro를 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 모든 변인 간 상관관계는 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 상담전공 학부생의 진로장벽인식이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향에서 진로탐색효능감은 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 이는 상담전공 학부생의진로장벽인식이 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치지만, 진로탐색효능감을 높여줌으로써 진로장벽인식이진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 완화할 수 있음을 제시한다. 이로서 진로탐색효능감을 높여줄 수 있는 개입 방안 마련이 요구된다. 본 연구를 토대로 시사점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was to examine if career exploration efficacy has a mediating effect in therelationship between career barrier perception and career decision level of undergraduatestudents majoring in counseling. To do this, a survey was conducted on undergraduate studentsmajoring in counseling by career barrier recognition, career exploration efficacy, and careerdecision level. SPSS macro PROCESS was used to verify the mediating effect. As a result, first,the correlation between all variables was significant. Second, career exploration efficacy showeda partial mediating effect in the relationship between career barrier perception and careerdecision level for undergraduate students majoring in counseling. This indicated that the effectof career barrier perception on career decision level can be alleviated by increasing the senseof career exploration efficacy of undergraduate students majoring in counseling. Implicationsand suggestions were presented based on the results of this study.
