영문 초록

This study searches for the desirable solutions of nuclear crisis in Korean peninsula resulted from North Korean nuclear development. It tries to produce the alternatives suitable for Korean situations on the basis of systematic studies on past similar cases such as India-Pakistan case of nuclear armament and Brazil-Argentine case of nuclear disarmament. Brazil and Argentina constructed cooperative system for nuclear non-proliferation and peaceful nuclear utilization in spite of their continuously competing relations. It is a typical case of nuclear disarmament resulted from their trust building. This research paper proposes constructing East Asian nuclear inspection system based on cooperative inter-Korean relations as the Brazil-Argentine case implies.
