국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 긍정심리자본, 조직몰입, 조직건강성, 영유아권리존중 보육실행간의 관계를 살펴보고 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 조직몰입, 조직건강성이 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 방법 서울 소재 어린이집에 근무중인 보육교사 320명을 대상으로 2022년 11월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 모바일 링크와 우편발송을 통하여 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 신뢰도 검사, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본, 조직몰입, 조직건강성, 영유아권리존중 보육실행간에는 유의미한 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본, 조직몰입, 조직건강성이 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았을 때 긍정심리자본 중 자기효능감, 낙관성, 회복력과 조직몰입 중 지속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입, 조직건강성 중 조직풍토, 원장의 지도성, 교사의 능력이 하루일과 존중에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 아동의 최선의 이익에는 긍정심리자본 중 낙관성, 조직건강성 중 조직풍토, 원장의 지도성, 교사의 능력이 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 보육교사의 긍정심리자본, 조직몰입, 조직건강성이 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 영향을 미치며 보육교사의 긍정심리자본 함양, 조직몰입돌르 높이기 위한 방안 마련, 조직건강성 강화를 위한 지원과 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examines the relationship between childcare teachers' positive psychological capital, or-ganizational commitment, organizational health, and childcare practices respecting the rights of infants and young children, and examines the influence that childcare teachers' positive psychological capital, organizational com-mitment, and organizational health have on childcare practices respecting the rights of infants and young children. analyzed. Methods A survey was conducted on 320 childcare teachers working at daycare centers in Seoul from November 1 to November 30, 2022, via mobile link and mail. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, de-scriptive statistics, reliability test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. Results First, there was a significant positive correlation between childcare teachers' positive psychological capi-tal, organizational commitment, organizational health, and childcare practices that respect infants' rights. Second, when looking at the influence of positive psychological capital, organizational commitment, and organizational health of childcare teachers on childcare practices that respect infant rights, self-efficacy, optimism, resilience, continuous commitment among organizational commitments, normative commitment, organizational climate among organizational health, director leadership, and teacher's ability significantly affect daily work and respect, and optimism among positive psychological capital for children's best interests. Conclusions Childcare teachers' positive psychological capital, organizational commitment, and organizational health affect the implementation of childcare that respects the rights of infants and young children. Support and efforts are needed to cultivate childcare teachers' positive psychological capital, prepare measures to increase or-ganizational commitment, and strengthen organizational health. suggests.
