초등 예비교사들의 알지오매스 활용 과제 설계 사례 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 초등 예비교사가 알지오매스를 어떻게 활용하여 과제를 설계하는지 확인하고, 예비교사 교육 및 알지오매스의개발에 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 수학교육공학을 수강하는 14명의 초등 예비교사가 설계한 과제를 분석하였으며 도구적 접근에 따라 예비교사가 활용한 알지오매스의 기능과 어떤 의도에서 그 기능을 활용하였는지에 관심을 둔다. 연구 결과, 예비교사들이알지오매스를 활용하기로 중점적으로 선택한 단원과 기능이 있었으며 알지오매스의 기능을 활용하여 지필 환경보다 효율성을높이는 빈도가 가장 높고, 지필 환경보다 폭넓은 탐구를 하도록 하는 빈도는 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 예비교사의 과제 설계사례를 바탕으로 초등학생을 위한 알지오매스에 어떠한 기능이 요구되는지, 예비교사 교육에서 구체적으로 무엇에 초점을 맞출 필요가 있는지를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify how preservice elementary teachers design tasks using Algomath and draw implications for preservice teacher education and the development of AlgeoMath. The tasks designed by 14 elementary preservice teachers were analyzed, focusing on rules of actions and operational invariants using AlgeoMath. We found that there were certain units and features that preservice teachers chose to use AlgeoMath, and they were most likely to use AlgeoMath’s tools to increase efficiency over the pencil and paper context, and less likely to allow for exploration than the pencil and paper context. Based on the preservice teachers’ tasks, we suggest what is needed in development AlgeoMath for elementary school students and what should be specifically focused on in preservice teacher education.
