국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 초심상담자의 자기성찰이 소진에 미치는 영향과 자기성찰과 소진의 관계에서 초심상담자의 어려움의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 본 연구를 위해 전국의 상담 경력 3년 미만의 초심상담자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고 상담자 225명이 인구통계학적 변인및 자기성찰, 소진, 초심상담자의 어려움을 측정하는 자기보고식 검사에 응답했다. SPSS 26.0 프로그램과 Process Macro를 사용하여 단순회귀분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 변인 간 관련성과 영향력에 대해 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 상담자 자기성찰, 소진, 초심상담자의 어려움의 상관관계를 확인한 결과 변인 간 유의한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 초심상담자의 자기성찰은 소진에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미쳤고, 셋째, 초심상담자의 어려움은 상담자 자기성찰과 상담자 소진을 유의미하게매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 초심상담자는 자기성찰이 낮을수록 어려움을 더 느끼면서 소진으로 이어지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과는 초심상담자의 소진을 감소시키기 위해 초심상담자의 어려움을 감소시키고 상담자 자기성찰을 향상시키는 개입이 유용함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of novice counselor’s self-reflection on burn-out and the mediating effect of novice counselor’s difficulty on the relationship between self-reflection and burn-out. Methods A survey was conducted with novice counselors who had fewer than three years of counseling experience and 225 counselors completed self-report questionnaires. Simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify research questions using SPSS 26.0 and Process Macro. Results The analysis indicated that novice counselor’s self-reflection had a significantly negative effect on burn-out, and novice counselor’s difficulty had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between self-reflection and burn-out. Conclusions The findings imply strategies to decrease novice counselor’s difficulty and increase counselor’s self-reflcetion are effective to decrease novice counselor’s burn-out.
