청소년의 스마트폰 의존도가 사회적 관계 불안에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 청소년의 자아존중감과 사회적 지지가 스마트폰 의존과 사회적 관계 불안간의 관계에서의 매개효과를 검증하여 스마트폰 의존도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 명확하게 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 이를 위해 J지역 10곳의 중고등학교 학생을 대상으로 1,442부의 설문지를 배포, 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램과 Amos 25.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 청소년의 스마트폰 의존도가 사회적 관계 불안에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 스마트폰 의존도 검사, 사회적 관계 불안 검사, 자아존중감 검사, 사회적 지지 검사를 측정도구로 사용하였다. 결과 본 연구는 스마트폰 의존도가 사회적 관계불안에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며 자아존중감과 사회적지지의 매개효과 검증결과, 스마트폰 의존도와 사회적 관계 불안과의 관계에서 자아존중감과 사회적 지지가 매개변수가 되고 있음을 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 통해 스마트폰 의존에 의한 보호요인으로 내적보호요인인 자아존중감과 외적보호요인인 사회적 지지의 효과성을 입증하는데 중요한 이론적 근거를 마련하였음을 알 수 있다. 이는 청소년들의 사회적 관계불안을 해소하는데 도움이 되는기초자료를 제공하였음에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of the study seeks to look into adolescents’ smartphone usage and prove the hypothesis that personal protective factor of self-esteem and environmental protective factor of social support would show mediating effects in the relationship between personal risk factor of adolescents’ smartphone dependence and social relationship anxiety. Methods A survey was conducted on ten middle and high schools located in Jeollabuk-do Province. The ten schools consist of one special purpose middle school, one special purpose high school. Out of 1,600 questionnaires distributed, 1,483 were retrieved, upon which 41 were excluded because of their insincere responses, resulting in 1,442 to be used as the data. Win SPSS 25.0 statistics program and AMOS 25.0 were employed to analyze the collected data. Results As a result of effect analysis after applying this confirmed program to adolescents’ smartphone dependence showed significant positive correlation with social relationship anxiety, but showed significant negative correlation with self-esteem and social support. Social relationship anxiety formed significant negative correlation with self-esteem and social support. Self-esteem and social support showed significant positive correlation between variables. and self-esteem and social support operated as mediating effects in the relationship between adolescents’ smartphone dependence and social relationship anxiety. Furthermore, the same mediating effects were found in boys and girls alike. Conclusions In this study,the effect of protective factors to dependence on Based on smartphones was proved, it provided an important theorical basis.
