영유아교사의 그릿, 정서노동, 교사전문성이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 그릿, 정서노동, 교사전문성, 놀이지원역량 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 그릿, 정서노동, 교사전문성이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴보는 것이었다. 방법 본 연구는 경기도 소재 유치원과 어린이집에서 근무 중인 영유아교사 371명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2023년1월 25일부터 2월 3일까지 실시하였다. 자료처리는 통계프로그램 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 영유아교사의 그릿과 교사전문성은 놀이지원역량과 정적 상관이 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 정서노동은놀이지원역량과 부적 상관이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 놀이지원역량 전체에 미치는 변인들의 상대적 영향력을살펴본 결과, 교사전문성이 가장 큰 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 그 다음 그릿, 정서노동 순이었으며, 그릿은 정적 영향을미치는 반면 정서노동은 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 놀이지원역량의 하위요인별 변인들의 상대적 영향력을 살펴본결과, 실천적 역량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 그 다음 인지적 역량, 정의적 역량 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 그릿, 정서노동, 교사전문성은 놀이지원역량을 유의하게 예측하는 변인임이 밝혀졌고, 그 중 교사전문성이가장 큰 영향 요인임이 확인되었으며, 교사전문성과 그릿은 정적 영향을 미치고 정서노동은 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교사전문성과 그릿의 향상 및 정서노동 감소를 위한 다양한 지원과 정책들이 마련될 필요성을 시시점으로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between grit, emotional labor, teacher expertise, and play support capabilities of early childood teachers, and to examine the relative influence of grit, emotional labor, and teacher expertise on play support capabilities. Methods This study was conducted from January 25 to February 3, 2023 using a structured questionnaire targeting 371 early childood teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers in Gyeonggi-do. Data processing included frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the statistical program SPSS 25.0. Results The results of this study show that, firstly, early childood teachers grit and professionalism were significantly positively correlated with play support capabilities, and emotional labor was found to be significantly negatively correlated with play support capabilities. Second, as a result of examining the relative influence of variables on the overall play support capabilities of early childood teachers, teacher expertise was found to have the greatest positive influence, followed by grit and emotional labor. While grit had a positive influence, emotional labor was found to have the greatest positive influence. was found to have a negative effect. In addition, the relative influence of variables by sub-factor of play support capabilities was found to have the greatest impact on practical capabilities, followed by cognitive and affective capabilities. Conclusions Through this study, grit, emotional labor, and teacher expertise were found to be variables that significantly predicted play support capabilities, among them, teacher expertise was the most influential factor, and teacher expertise and grit had a positive effect and emotional labor had a negative effect. Therefore, the need to provide various support and policies to improve teacher expertise and grit and reduce emotional labor was presented as a point of time.
