예비 영유아교사의 의사소통능력과 공감능력이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 의사소통능력, 공감능력 및 대인관계능력의 변인에 대한 예비영유아교사의 인식과 상관관계를 알아보고, 의사소통능력과 공감능력이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 예비유아교사의 대인관계능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변인의 증진 방안을 탐색하는데 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비영유아교사의 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력, 공감능력에 대한 인식은 모두 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 의사소통능력, 공감능력, 대인관계능력 간의 상관관계는 모두 정적인 상관관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 의사소통능력과 공감능력은 예비유아교사의 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 볼 수 있으며, 의사소통능력, 공감능력의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 예비유아교사의 대인관계능력을 증진시키기 위한 교육자료 개발 시, 의사소통능력과 공감능력을 고려한 내용으로 구성하는 것을 제안하며, 이를 위한 기초자료로 활용하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the pre-service early childhood teachers' awareness and correlation of the variables of communication ability, empathy ability and interpersonal ability, and to examine the influence of communication ability and empathy ability on interpersonal ability. Through this, he study seeks to provide implications for the consideration of variables that have a positive effect on interpersonal skills of pre-service early childhood teachers and the preparation of measures to enhance them. The results are as follow. First, the perceptions of pre-service early childhood teachers' communication skills, interpersonal skills, and empathy skills were all positive. Second, the correlations between communication ability, empathy ability, and interpersonal ability of pre-service early childhood teachers were all positive. Third, the communication ability and empathy ability of pre-service early childhood teachers can be explained in terms of the variables that affect their the interpersonal ability. Through this study, we suggest that when developing educational materials to improve the interpersonal skills of prospective early childhood teachers, they should be composed of content that takes communication skills and empathy skills into consideration, and we hope that they will be used as basic materials for this purpose.
