영문 초록

Purpose : This study aimed to provide foundational insights into various issues related to work-life balance by analyzing interview data on how nurses perceive this concept. Methods : Conducted as a descriptive exploratory research, data were collected from 80 nurses in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from August 1 to September 20, 2023. Results : Applying content analysis, the study identified four domains, twelve categories, and twenty-two meaningful statements, shedding light on nurses' perceptions of work-life balance. Conclusion : This research contributes to understanding nurses' awareness of work-life balance and can serve as foundational data for improving hospital organizational culture to enhance nurses' work-life balance.
