영문 초록
Objective: Among various approaches to tissue healing after surgery, the degree of impact on pain reduction and changes in joint function was confirmed through the application of manual therapy, cryotherapy, and extracorporeal shock wave therapy to increase the level of physical activity performed in the early healing stage.
Method: A person who received manual therapy, cooling therapy, and extracorporeal shock wave therapy after surgery on major spinal joints, and received intervention from immediately after surgery until discharge. Manual therapy, Cryo treatment, Extracorporeal shock wave therapy.
Results: Through a case report, results were obtained that showed effectiveness in improving the range of motion of peripheral joints and reducing pain after surgery.
Conclusion: It is believed that manual therapy, cryotherapy, and extracorporeal shock wave therapy, which are part of non-invasive treatment during the recovery process after spine and major joint surgery, will stabilize the initial healing stage and make physical activity levels more smooth in the future.
