유아교사의 교직열정과 교수효능감의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 교직열정과 그릿이 교수효능감에 미치는 영향력과 교직열정과 교수효능감 간의 관계에서 그릿의 부분매개 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 방법 본 연구의 대상은 G시와 J도에 위치한 유치원 교사 207명을 대상으로 유아교사의 교직열정과 교수효능감, 그릿에 관한 설문지를 배부 후 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분률, Pearson 적률상관분석과 매개회귀분석 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 교직열정과 그릿, 교수효능감은 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 교직열정은 그릿과 교수효능감에 유의미한 정적 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 그릿은 교수효능감에 유의미한 정적 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 그릿은 교직열정과 교수효능감 간의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 유아교사의 직무를 더욱 의미있게 변화시킬 수 있는 그릿을 주요요인으로 고려하여 유아교사의 교수효능감과 교직열정의 증진을 위한 다양한 지원 및 교사연수 프로그램이 구상되어야 할 필요성을 제시하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to investigate the impact of early childhood teachers' teaching passion and grit on teaching efficacy, and to examine the partial mediating effect of grit in the relationship between teach-ing passion and teaching efficacy. Methods For this purpose, we analyzed the data collected after distributing questionnaires on the teaching pas-sion, teaching efficacy, and grit of early childhood teachers to 207 kindergarten teachers located in G City and J Province. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation analysis and mediation re-gression analysis methods. Results First, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between early childhood teachers' teaching passion, grit, and teaching efficacy. Early childhood teachers' passion for teaching was found to have a significant positive influence on grit and teaching efficacy, and grit was found to have a significant positive influ-ence on teaching efficacy. Second, teacher grit was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship be-tween teaching passion and teaching efficacy. Conclusions This study presented the need to design various support and teacher training programs to improve early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy and passion for teaching, considering grit as a major factor that can make early childhood teachers' jobs more meaningful. There is significance in the research.
