국내 대학 디자인사고 교육의 창의성 및 문제해결력에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 대학생들 대상으로 디자인사고를 적용한 국내 연구들 중 창의성과 문제해결력에 있어서 디자인사고의 효과를 확인하고자 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석을 실시하였다. 방법 본 연구는 국내 주요 DB를 이용하여 논문검색을 하였으며 83편 중 선정기준에 적합한 최종 10편의 논문을 체계적 문헌고찰 하였으며, 이 중 효과크기를 산출할 수 있는 4편을 대상으로 메타분석을 실시하였다. 분석은 랜덤효과모형을 이용하였으며, 디자인사고의 효과크기를 산출하였다. 결과 체계적 문헌고찰 결과 10편 모두 NRCT로 창의성과 관련된 연구는 7편으로 결과변수가 창의적 성향, 창의적 역량, 창의적 잠재력, 일상적 창의력, 집단창의성 결과물이었으며 문제해결력과 관련된 연구는 4편으로 관련 변수는 문제해결력, 창의적 문제해결력, 문제해결과정, 문제해결의 적극성이었다. 디자인사고의 효과크기 분석이 가능한 4편을 대상으로 메타분석 하였으며, 랜덤효과모형을 이용하여 효과크기를 산출하였다. 분석결과 창의력과 문제해결력에 있어서 디자인 사고의 표준평균차이는 2.14(95% CI: 0.29~3.99)로 효과가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 효과크기의 차이는 유의하였다(Z= 2.27, p=.023). 결론 본 연구는 대학생들 대상으로 디자인사고를 적용한 국내 연구들 중 창의성과 문제해결력에 있어서 디자인사고의 효과를 알아본 국내 연구결과들에 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석을 실시하여 대학 교육에 있어서 요구되는 인재의 창의성과 문제해결력을 향상시키기 위한 교육전략으로 디자인사고가 효과가 있음을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of design thinking education on university stu-dents’ creativity and problem solving ability through a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. Methods For this study, 10 studies were selected through a systematic process of using several databases and 4 studies were used to estimate the effect size of design thinking education on university students’ creativity and problem-solving ability. Meta-analysis was performed using a random effects model, and the effect size on uni-versity students’ creativity and problem-solving ability was calculated. Results As a result of the systematic literature review, all 10 studies were NRCT. There were 7 studies related to creativity, and the outcome variables were creativity, creativity competency, creative potential, everyday crea-tivity, daily creativity, and group creativity. There were 4 studies related to problem-solving ability, and the related variable was problem-solving. creative problem solving ability, problem solving process, and proactivity of prob-lem solving. The average effect size of learning using the design thinking education on university students’ crea-tivity and problem-solving ability was 2.14(95% CI: 0.29~3.99), indicating a large effect size. Conclusions This study suggests that design thinking can be applied as a strategy to improve creativity and prob-lem-solving skills in university education.
