영문 초록

Analysing the hungarian existential constructions which syntactic structures share many similarities with korean, this paper aims to show that theses similarities imply in the reality various peculiar corresponding systems in translation or equivalence of existential constructions. These two languages have in common existential sentence, habeo-construction and nominal sentence, whereby the hungarian existential sentences and habeo-constructions seemingly correspond to korean sentences with existential verb ‘idda‘, and the hungarian nominal sentences to korean ‘-ida’ constructions or sentence with adjectival predicate. The result of analysis is that these similarities confine to rare cases of expletive existential construction, habeo-construction and nominal sentences, that the corresponding happens mostly after the syntactic and semantic conditions of individual languages.
