영문 초록

It is necessary to create proper “customized” textbooks and education curriculum for increasing education efficiency to women immigrants studying Korean. It is also important to have the support of the government or any related association, and the interest of all the nation including their families or neighbors. The textbook should be composed of a mutual linguistical and cultural background between the native Koreans and the immigrants. It must be elaborated based in a multicultural view. The following structure of the textbook may be suggested: A textbook must have a good balance of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. It is necessary to create textbooks and supplementary learning materials which permit the learners to study by themselves if necessary. Publishing translations in English, Vietnam, Chinese may be considerable to increase the efficiency and to lessen the difficulties of self-studying. Phonetic information is also important.
