This study aims to find out how to conduct online achievement evaluation in the online Korean language course. To this end, we first looked at various online evaluations of foreign languages and analyzed the characteristics and problems of online evaluations. Next, we looked at how Korean language institutions are conducting online achievement evaluations, and what Korean teachers think about online achievement evaluations. Through this, the following implications were found in relation to the evaluation in the online Korean language curriculum. First, online evaluation should involve multimedia. The use of multimedia has the advantage that it is possible to evaluate the learner’s actual communication ability by realizing the actual communication situation, and it is possible to evaluate the language skills integrated like the actual communication situation. Second, the rate of achievement evaluation should be lowered and the rate of performance evaluation should be increased. The performance evaluation at this time should be a method of evaluating all learning activities in class.
