국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 스포츠강사의 직무스트레스, 조직효과성 및 경력변경도의 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 자료수집은 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 301부가 최종분석에 사용되었고 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 전산처리하였다. 첫째, 초등학교 스포츠강사의 개인적 특성에 따라 직무스트레스, 조직효과성, 경력변경의도는 부분적으로 차이가 있다. 둘째, 직무스트레스는 조직유효성에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 학부모스트레스는 경력변경의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 동료와 상사스트레스는 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 조직유효성은 경력변경의도에 부정적인 영향을미친다. 다섯째, 조직유효성은 직무스트레스와 경력변경의도의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있다. 이상의 결과는 초등학교 스포츠강사의 직무스트레스는 조직유효성과 경력변경의도에 관여되고 있으며 조직효과성이 높을수록 경력변경의도가 감소한다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study examined the analysis of relationship between job stress, organizational effectiveness and intention for career change of elementary school instructors. Through convenience sampling method, selected 301 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis. Data were statistically processed using SPSS WIN 24.0. First, there were differences in job stress, organizational effectiveness and intention for career change to the personal characteristics of elementary school sports instructors. Second, the job stress had negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Third, the parental stress had positive effect on intention for career change, the colleague and boss stress had negative effect on intention for career change. Fourth, the organizational effectiveness had negative effect on intention for career change. Fifth, the organizational effectiveness partial mediating effect relationship between job stress and intention for career change. These results suggest that the job stress of elementary school instructors is involved in organizational effectiveness and intention for career, the higher organizational effectiveness the lower intention for career change.
