국문 초록

포스트 코로나 시대를 대비하여 원격수업의 장점을 활용한 새로운 특수교육 체제를 준비할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 원격수업 상황에서 장애학생 교육이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 원격수업 및 교육지원 방안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 16명의 전문가 패널(교수, 행정가, 교사, 학부모)을 구성하여 2회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 1차 델파이 조사를 통해 장애학생 지원 방안의 기본적 틀을 구성한 다음, 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 최종안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 장애학생 지원 방안으로서 원격수업과 교육지원의 두 영역으로 구분하고 영역별로 3개의 세부 영역으로 지원 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 포스트 코로나 시대와 국가 위기 상황에 대비하여 장애학생을 위한 미래교육 모델을 구축하고 맞춤형 원격수업 지원 체제를 확립하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In preparation for the post-COVID-19 era, it is necessary to ready a new special education support system that utilizes the advantages of distance learning. The purpose of the study was to develop plans for distance learning and educational support that could effectively educate students with disabilities in the distance learning situation. For this purpose, a Delphi survey was conducted by organizing a panel of 16 experts (including professors, administrators, teachers, and parents). Through the first Delphi survey, the basic framework of distance learning and educational support was constructed. Then, the final draft was derived through the second Delphi survey. As a result of the study, the draft was divided into two areas, distance learning and educational support, whereas the support plans were presented in three sub-areas. This study will contribute to establishing a future education model for students with disabilities and a customized education support system in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era and national crisis.
