국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생들의 진로적응 과정을 이해하기 위해 진로적응모형에 반영할 수 있는 변인으로 진로 자기의심, 정서지능, 진로적응성, SCCI, 삶의 만족, 진로 만족을 선정하고 이들 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 231명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였으며, Mplus 8.10을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형 검증을 하였다. 결과 첫째, 본 연구에서 설정한 진로적응모형의 모형 적합도는 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서지능은 진로적응성과 SCCI를 통해 삶의 만족 및 진로만족에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로 자기의심은 진로적응성과 SCCI를 통해 진로만족에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정서지능은 삶의 만족에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 진로 자기의심은 SCCI와 진로만족에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서 설정한 변인들이 진로적응모형에 적용하기 적절함을 검증함으로써 대학생의 진로적응 과정을 이해하고 개입하는 데 의미있는 경험적 결과를 제시하였다. 또한 변인의 특성을 고려한 관계 설정을 통해 진로적응모형의 경로를 다각화하는 것에 관한 논의를 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives To comprehend the career adaptation process among university students, this study chose career self-doubt, emotional intelligence, career adaptability, SCCI, life satisfaction, and career satisfaction as variables that can be incorporated into the career construction model of adaptation. It then analyzed the structural relation-ships among these variables. Methods For this purpose, a survey was conducted among four-year university students, and the data of 231 stu-dents were used for analysis, and the structural equation model was verified using Mplus 8.10. Results First, The model fit of the Career Construction Theory Model of Adaptation established in this study was found to be adequate. Second, Emotional Intelligence had a positive effect on Life Satisfaction and Career Satisfaction through Career Adaptability and SCCI. Third, Career Self-doubt has a negative effect on Career Satisfaction through Career Adaptability and SCCI. Fourth, Emotional Intelligence has a positive effect on Life Satisfaction, and Career Self-doubt has a negative effect on SCCI and Career Satisfaction. Conclusions Through the validation of the suitability of the variables used in this study within the context of the Career Construction Model of Adaptation, we have presented valuable empirical findings that contribute to the comprehension and intervention in the career adaptation process of university students. Additionally, we have discussed the diversification of pathways in the Career Construction Model of Adaptation by establishing relation-ships that consider the unique characteristics of the variables.
