국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 다관점 디브리핑 적용 하이브리드 간호 시뮬레이션 교육을 개발, 적용하고, 간호대학생의 학습태도, 학습에 대한 자신감, 표준화 환자 평가 정도를 파악하고, 교육 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 방법 서술적 조사연구와 질적내용분석를 혼합한 사례연구설계이다. 연구대상자는 일 개 지역의 4학년 간호대학생 126명이었다. 간호대학생의 학습태도, 학습에 대한 자신감 정도를 측정하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 성찰일지의 서술형 자료를 통해 교육 경험을 질적내용 분석하였다. 결과 서술적 조사연구 결과, 연구 대상자의 학습태도는 4.36±10.48점, 학습에 대한 자신감은 6.78±1.77점, 표준화 환자 평가는 4.40±0.48점이었다. 질적내용분석 결과, ‘하이브리드 시뮬레이션 경험’ 영역에서는 ‘하이브리드 시뮬레이션에 대한 만족’, ‘하이브리드 시뮬레이션의 어려움’, ‘하이브리드 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과’의 범주가 도출되었다. ‘다관점 디브리핑 경험’ 영역에서는 ‘디브리핑 방법과 전략’, ‘교수자와의 디브리핑’, ‘표준화 환자와의 디브리핑’, ‘동영상을 활용한 동료, 자기주도 디브리핑’의 범주가 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구는 간호대학생의 학습태도, 학습에 대한 자신감을 높이고 긍정적인 교육 경험을 도모할 수 있는 다관점 디브리핑 적용 하이브리드 간호 시뮬레이션 교육 방법을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop and apply hybrid nursing simulation training with multi-perspective debriefing, to identify nursing students' learning attitude, confidence in learning, standardized patient evaluation, and to explore educational experiences. Methods This study was a mixed method case study design of descriptive research study and qualitative content analysis. The participants of the study were 126 senior nursing students. A survey was conducted to measure the learning attitude, confidence in learning, standardized patient evaluation level of nursing students, and the educa-tional experience was qualitatively analyzed through descriptive data in the reflection journal. Results As a result of the descriptive research study, the subjects' learning attitude was 4.36±10.48 points, learn-ing confidence was 6.78±1.77 points, and standardized patient evaluation was 4.40±0.48 points. The ‘hybrid sim-ulation experience’ was shown in three categories: (1) satisfaction with hybrid simulation, (2) difficulty of hybrid simulation, and (3) effect of hybrid simulation education. The ‘multi-perspective debriefing experience’ was shown in four categories: (1) debriefing methods and strategies, (2) debriefing with instructor, (3) debriefing with standardized patients, and (4) peers-led and self-debriefing using video. Conclusions This study is significant in that it suggests a hybrid nursing simulation training with multiperspective debriefing that can increase nursing students' learning attitude and confidence in learning and promote a positive educational experience.
