This paper analyzes the important role of Tai Chi teaching in promoting Chinese traditional culture, and analyzes the current situation of martial arts teaching from the aspects of students' understanding of Tai Chi, investment time and factors affecting the promotion of Chinese traditional culture in teaching. Knowing that in the process of teaching, due to students' own cognition, school education, social funds, etc., there are certain problems in the promotion of Chinese traditional culture in Tai Chi teaching, and the implementation of rules and regulations, improvement of teaching methods, and improvement of teachers Reasons for rationalization and other aspects.
