영문 초록

With the development of Internet economy and information technology, people trade more and more frequently on the Internet, and online payment has also developed rapidly. On this basis, third-party payment came into being and swept across all major fields in a short period of time, playing a very important role in people's economic life. However, due to imperfect laws and regulations and loopholes in platform construction, there are still some hidden dangers in the use of third-party payment. One of the biggest hidden dangers is the problem of information security. In the process of using third-party payment, personal information disclosure and malicious tampering of payment information will occur. Starting from the development background of third-party payment, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, and puts forward corresponding strategies, so as to better promote the healthy development of third-party payment in China.
