국내 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 관련 변인에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 국내 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 관련 변인에 대한 메타분석을 실시하여 보호변인과 위험변인의 효과크기를 확인하는 것이다. 방법 문헌 선정은 PRISMA 가이드라인에 따라 수행되었고 국내 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 관련 문헌 검색은 RISS, DBpia, KISS, KCI, ScienceON, NAL, CINAHL, PubMed를 이용하였다. 메타분석을 위해 CMA Software version 4.0을 이용하였다. 2023년 6월 18일까지 출판된 161편의 문헌을 통해 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 관련 변인들 간의 상관관계 효과크기를 산출하였다. 결과 국내 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 관련 변인은 보호변인과 위험변인으로 구분하고 다시 심리특성영역과 학업특성영역으로 세분화하여 효과크기를 확인하였다. 보호변인군의 전체 평균 효과크기는 ESr=-.159, 심리특성영역 ESr=-.135, 학업특성영역 ESr=-.193으로 중간 효과크기였다. 위험변인군의 전체 평균 효과크기는 ESr=.321, 심리특성영역 ESr=.285, 학업특성영역 ESr=.393으로 중간 효과크기였다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 보호변인들을 강화시키면서 위험변인들을 감소시킬 수 있는 간호대학생을 위한 임상실습 스트레스 관리 프로그램들이 개발되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to conduct a meta-analysis on variables related to clinical practice stress among Korean nursing students and to find out the effect size of protective and risk variables. Methods Literature selection was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines, and RISS, DBpia, KISS, KCI, ScienceON, NAL, CINAHL, and PubMed were used to search for literature related to clinical practice stress in Korean nursing students. For meta-analysis, CMA Software version 4.0 was used. Through 161 literatures pub-lished by June 18, 2023, the effect size of the correlation between clinical practice stress and related variables of nursing students was calculated. Results The variables related to clinical practice stress in Korean nursing students were divided into protective variables and risk variables, and then further subdivided into psychological characteristics and academic charac-teristics to confirm the summary effect size. The overall summary effect size of the protective variables group was ESr=-.159, psychological characteristics area ESr=-.135, and academic characteristics area ESr=-.193, which were medium effect sizes. As for the risk variable group was ESr=.321, psychological characteristics area ESr=.285, and academic characteristics area ESr=.393, which were medium effect sizes. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is expected that clinical practice stress management programs for nursing students that can reduce risk factors while strengthening protective variables will be developed.
