평생교육현장실습이 평생교육진로결정에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 평생교육현장실습을 모두 끝마친 대학생들이 인식하는 평생교육현장실습과 평생교육진로결정의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 방법 이를 위해 H대학교에서 평생교육현장실습 교과목을 이수한 학생을 대상으로 2023년 2월 6일부터 4월 25일까지 설문조사를 실시하여, 230부를 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따라 위계적 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 실시하였다. 결과 분석을 통해 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생교육현장실습, 자기효능감, 평생교육진로결정의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 각 변인 간 모두 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육현장실습의 하위요인 중 실습기관요인과 평생교육진로결정의 관계에서 자기효능감이 부분 매개효과를 보였다. 셋째, 평생교육현장실습과 평생교육진로결정의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서는 평생교육현장실습을 경험한 대학생들의 평생교육현장으로의 진로결정에서 자기효능감이 부분 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 기반으로 평생교육현장실습과 평생교육진로결정을 연결하는 매개 요인으로 자기효능감에 대한 관심과 평생교육진로결정을 높이기 위한 평생교육현장실습과 자기효능감을 증진시키기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to confirm the mediating effect of self-efficacy in lifelong education ca-reer decisions by college students who have completed lifelong education field training. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on students who completed the lifelong education field practice course at H University from February 6 to April 25, 2023, and 230 copies were used for analysis. The collected data used the IBM SPSS 26.0 statistical program. Hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping were conducted according to the procedures of Baron and Kenny (1986) to verify the mediating effect. Results First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between lifelong education field practice, self-efficacy, and lifelong education career decision, it was found that there was a significant static correlation between each variable. Second, among the sub-factors of lifelong education field practice, self-efficacy showed a partial medi-ating effect in the relationship between the factors of practice institutions and lifelong education career decisions. Third, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between lifelong education field practice and lifelong education career decision, partial mediating role. Conclusions In this study, it was confirmed that self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect in the career decision of college students who have experienced lifelong education field training. Based on the results of the study, we discussed ways to improve lifelong education field practice and self-efficacy to increase self-efficacy and lifelong education career decisions as mediating factors connecting lifelong education field practice and lifelong education career decisions.
