우리나라 제조기업의 리스크관리 현황과 발전과제

국문 초록

본 연구는 설문조사를 통하여서 우리나라 제조 기업들의 전반적인 리스크관리 현황 및 당면한 과제들을 다각적으로 파악하고 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 조사에 사용된 설문은 1) 리스크관리에 대한 인식, 2) 리스크관리 대상리스크에 대한 관리수준, 3) 리스크관리 업무추진 상황, 4) 보험제도에 대한 인식 및 이용실태 그리고 5) 리스크 행정의 5가지 범주로 구성되었다. 조사결과는 우리나라 제조기업의 리스크관리 수준은 아직 각 방면에서 다소 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 몇 가지 자료들은 우리나라 제조 기업들이 선진 리스크관리 기법들을 인식하고 도입하고자 하는 과도기적인 단계에 있다는 것을 암시해 주었다. 우리나라 제조기업의 리스크관리를 발전시키기 위한 주요 과제로 1) 기업 간 리스크관리에 대한 인식 및 질적 수준의 격차를 좁히는 것, 2) 최고경영자의 인식 전환 및 적극적 지원 유도, 3) 리스크관리 임직원에 대한 전문적 교육-훈련 기회의 확대, 4) 조직 내에서 리스크 관리의 철학 및 정책에 대한 정확한 이해와 의사소통의 원활화, 5) 보험산업의 리스크관리에 대한 기여 증대, 6) 전문인력 양성 및 학문적 연구의 활성화를 위한 고등교육기관의 역할 증대와 정책적 지원 확대 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

We carried out an empirical study on korean manufacturing industry to get some information about its present risk management situation. And we proposed some requirements for its development based on the results of our survey. The questionnaire used in this research is divided into 6 categories; 1) recognition of risk management 2) risk management level of company`s risk management objects 3) executional situation of risk management 4) company`s recognition of insurance and the attitude of its use 5) risk management administration. The research results show the risk management level of Korea manufacturing industry is still low. But some data signified it is in the transitional period inducing advanced risk management techniques. As a development way of risk management of Korea manufacturing industry, we suggest that 1) reduction of risk management level differentials between companies, 2) top management`s cognition changes and their strong support to risk management, 3) offering more educational and training chance to risk management staffs, 4) accurate understanding of risk management philosophy and policy, and smooth risk managemental communication between posts in organization 5) enlargement of insurance industry`s contribution to company`s risk management, 6) cultivation of professional work force and supports of educational facilities and political organs.
