대학생의 불안정 성인애착과 회복탄력성의 관계에서 미치는 사회적 지지의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 불안정 성인애착과 회복탄력성의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 경기도 소재 대학생 389명 대상으로 불안정 성인애착, 사회적 지지, 회복탄력성 검사를 위한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하였고 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석을 하였다. 불안정 성인애착과 회복탄력성의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny의 매개분석을 실시하였다. 결과 각 변인들의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 애착불안과 애착회피 모두 회복탄력성과 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관관계를 보였으며, 애착불안과 애착회피는 모두 사회적지지와 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적지지는회복탄력성과 통계적으로 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 불안정 성인애착과 회복탄력성의 관계에서 사회적지지는 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 사회적지지가 회복탄력성에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 발견하였으며, 회복탄력성 증진을 위해 가족, 친구, 학교, 이웃 등의 주변 역할의 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 가족 내 지지 자원이 부재하더라고 청소년을 향한 사회구성원들의 따듯한 관심과 마음이 우선 되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to examine the mediating effects of sosial support between uncertainty adult attachment and resilience of university students. Methods A total 389 students who randomly sampled responsed to the questionnaire at university in Gyeonggi-do. The study utilized Experience in Close Relationship-Revised(ECR-R), Social Support and Resilience questionnaire. For the collected data was used by the SPSS 24.0 program and reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and correlation analysis were performed. Baron and Kenny's mediation analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of social support between uncertainty adult attachment and resilience. Results As a result of the correlation analysis of each variable, Both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance showed a statistically significant negative correlation with resilience, and both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance showed a statistically significant negative correlation with social support. In addition, social support was found to have a statistically positive correlation with resilience. Social support was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between insecure adult attachment and resilience. Conclusions Through this study, it was found that social support has a positive effect on resilience. And In order to improve resilience, the importance of the surrounding roles of family, friends, schools, and neighbors was found. In addition, even if there are no support resources in the family, the warm interest and heart of social members toward teenagers should come first.
