국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 중년을 대상으로 하여 내면화된 수치심과 우울 관계에서 거부민감성과 반추적 반응양식의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 전국의 40세~60세 중년 210명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, 이들의 설문으로 자료를 분석하였다. 내면화된 수치심, 거부민감성, 반추적 반응양식과 우울을 측정하고, 변인들 간의 관계를 SPSS 26.0 및 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 내면화된 수치심, 거부민감성, 반추적 반응양식과 우울은 모두 유의한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심과우울의 관계에서 거부민감성은 부부 매개효과를 유의하게 나탸냈다. 또한 내면화된 수치심과 우울 간의 관계에서 반추적 반응양식역시 부분 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 내면화된 수치심과 우울의 관계에서 거부민감성과 반추적 반응양식이 순차적 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 내면화된 수치심이 우울에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 거부민감성과 반추적 반응양식의 부분 매개효과를 확인하였으며, 내면화된 수치심이 우울에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 거부민감성과 반추적 반응양식의 순차적 매개효과를 확인하였다는데 의의가있다. 본 연구 결과는 내면화된 수치심으로 우울이 높은 중년을 위한 교육 및 상담에 있어 거부민감성과 반추적 반응양식의 수준을감소시키는 개입이 효과적일 수 있음 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and rumination response style in the relationship between internalized shame and depression on middle aged. Methods For this purpose, 210 adults from 40 years old to 60 years old across country were surveyed to measure internalized shame, rejection sensitivity, rumination and depression and SPSS and Process Macro was used to analyzed the data. Results First, internalized shame, rejection sensitivity, rumination and depression all showed significant correlations. Second, the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and rumination in the internalized shame and depression was significant. Third, the sequential mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and rumination was significant. Conclusions The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to convergence competency, and to analyze the structural relationships among them. This study confirmed the partial mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and rumination response style in the process of internalized shame affecting depression, and the sequential mediation of rejection sensitivity and rumination response style in the process of internalized shame affecting depression was significant. The results of this study suggest that interventions that reduce the level of rejection sensitivity and rumination can be effective in education and counseling for middle-aged with high levels of depression due to internalized shame.
