국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 개인의 셀프리더십, 심리적 임파워먼트, 진로결정 자기효능감의 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 서울의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 172명의 대학생이었으며, 2023년 6월 1일부터 6월 7일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 셀프리더십과 심리적 임파워먼트, 진로결정 자기효능감은 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 변인 간관계를 분석해본 결과, 셀프리더십은 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 심리적 임파워먼트에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 심리적 임파워먼트도 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 셀프리더십은 심리적 임파워먼트르를 매개하여 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 미쳤고 이로 인해 셀프리더십은 심리적 임파워먼트를 경유할 때 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향력이 더 증가함을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 셀프리더십과 진로결정 자기효능감 사이의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트가 가지는 매개효과의 중요성을 확인시켜주는 것이며, 향후 진로결정 자기효능감을 증진시키는 노력에 이 변인들을 고려하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사해준다

영문 초록

This study aimed to find out the structural relationship among college students′ self-leadership, psychological empowerment, and career decision-making self-efficacy. The study subjects were 172 college students attending a four-year university in Seoul, and the study collected data from June 1 to June 7, 2023. The main results of this study are as follows. First, self-leadership, psychological empowerment, and career decision-making self-efficacy showed significant correlations. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between variables, it was confirmed that self-leadership had a significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy and also had a significant effect on psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment also had a significant effect on career decision self-efficacy. Third, the influence of self-leadership on career decision self-efficacy increased more when passing through psychological empowerment. This result confirms the importance of the mediating effect of psychological empowerment in the relationship between self-leadership and career decision self-efficacy. It suggests that considering these variables is important in future efforts to enhance career decision self-efficacy. suggests
