초중등학교 문화예술교육에서 학생 종합만족도에 영향을 미치는 예술강사 전문성 요인 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 초중등학교 문화예술교육 학생 만족도 조사 결과를 토대로 학생 종합만족도에 영향을 주는 예술강사 전문성 영향 요인에 대해 탐색하여 예술강사 역량 관리에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구를 위해 문화예술교육 수혜를 받은 초중등학생 1만여 명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 총 5,942명의 응답지를 수거하였 다. 예술강사 전문성 중 문화예술교육에 대한 학생 종합만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 기술통계, 평균분석, 다중회귀 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 초중등학생들은 문화예술교육에 전반적으로 만족하며 성실히 참여하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 응답자 변인에 따른 학생 종합만족도 평균 차이 분석 결과 학교급과 예술장르에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 초중등학생의 문화예술교육에 대한 종합만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 예술강사 전문성 요인으로는 강사 교육전문성의 ‘수업진행’이 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났 다. 다음으로는 강사소양, 교육전문성의 학생관리, 예술전문성의 표현활동과 이론 순으로 나타났다. 즉, 예술강사의 예술전문성보 다 수업전문성과 강사소양이 학생 종합만족도에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 학생만족도 향상을 위해 예술강사의 예술전문성 이외에도 수업 역량 향상을 위한 다양한 연수 등의 지원이 이루 어져야 함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 예술강사 역량 관리를 위해 학생 만족도 결과뿐 아니라 연수 참여 여부, 예술창작 활동 여부 등을 포함한 예술강사 다면평가 기준 마련의 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is about the results of a student satisfaction survey on arts and cultural education in elementary and middle schools. The purpose of this study was to help manage the competence of art instructors by identifying the meaningful variables of art instructor expertise that affect student satisfaction with arts and cultural education. Methods For this study, a survey was conducted on 10,000 elementary, middle and high school students who received cultural arts education, and 5,942 responses were collected. Descriptive statistics, mean analysis, regression analysis, and linear regression analysis were conducted to confirm the factors affecting student satisfaction. Results As a result of the study, first, it was found that elementary, middle and high school students were generally satisfied with and faithfully participating in cultural arts education. Second, as a result of analyzing the average difference in overall student satisfaction according to respondent variables, there was a significant difference in school level and art genre. Third, the factor that has the greatest influence on the satisfaction of elementary and middle school students was found to be the instructor's ‘class management’. Conclusions Through this study, it was found that the improvement of art instructor's class capacity should be given priority to improve student satisfaction. In addition, for the management of art instructor competency, it was suggested the need to prepare multi-dimensional evaluation standards for art instructors, including student satisfaction, participation in training, and artistic creative activities.
