국문 초록

이 연구는 부모의 양육효능감 및 가정환경자극이 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 J시의 유아교육기관에 재원중인 유아 200명과 그의 부모를 선정하였으며, 부모의 양육효능감, 가정환경자극, 유아의 리더십에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용해 Pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였고, 중다회귀분석을 통해 영향력을 예측하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 부모의 양육효능감과 유아의 리더십은 전체적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났으며, 부모의 양육효능감은 유아의 리더십을 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 가정환경자극과 유아의 리더십은 전체적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났으며, 부모의 가정환경자극이 유아의 리더십을 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 부모의 양육효능감 및 가정환경자극이 유아의 놀이성에 중요한 예측 변인임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The present study aimed to examine the effects of the children's leadership according to parent's parenting efficacy and home environment. A questionnaire survey concerning parent's parenting efficacy and home environment, children's leadership was conducted on 200 children attending early childhood education institutions in J city were selected. Province for the purpose of the present study. Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression analysis were conducted with the collected data using SPSS 21.0 software. The data analysis showed that first, parent's parenting efficacy and children's leadership had an overall significant positive correlation, and parent's parenting efficacy was a significant predictive factor for children's leadership. Second, parent's home environment and children's leadership had an overall significant positive correlation, and parent's home environment was a significant predictive factor for children's leadership. These results suggest that parent's parenting efficacy and home environment is an important factor for children's leadership.
