국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 C대학의 학생성공 교육혁신 단계 맞춤형 지원 체계 구축을 위한 방안으로 비교과 교육지원 현황과 조사 분석을 토대로 비교과 교육지원 체계 로드맵을 구축하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 지방 소재 C대학의 비교과 운영 현황과 학생대상 비교과 수요조사(질문 문항 17개) 및 비교과 운영 중점부서 교직원을 대상으로 비교과 지원 실태를 조사(질문 문항 36개)하고 분석하여 이를 토대로 비교과 교육 지원체계를 설계하였다. 결과 지방 소재 C대학의 학생 422명의 비교과 교육 수요자 만족도와 수요자 중심의 의견을 통한 개선사항과 지원 방향성 제시, 비교과 운영 중점부서 교직원 5명을 통해 비교과 교육에 관한 전반적인 운영 현황과 실태를 파악하여 학생성공을 위한 비교과 단계맞춤 지원 로드맵을 마련하였다. 결론 학생성공 교육혁신 단계 맞춤형 지원 체계 구축 방안을 위해 C대학만의 비교과 교육 로드맴을 마련하여 비교과 교육 운용 기반을 체계화 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we established a non-subject support roadmap based on the analysis of the status of non-subject education support as a way to build a customized support system for the level of education innovation for student success at C university. Methods For this purpose, this study analyzed the comparison and demand survey (question items 17) of students at local C university and the survey on the actual condition of non-subject support (question items 36) targeting faculty members of the non-subject management department. Results 422 students from local C university located were asked to present improvements and directions of support through a users satisfaction survey on non-curriculum education and consumer-centered opinions, and the overall operational status and actual conditions of non-curriculum education were identified by five faculty members of the non-curriculum management department to prepare a phased customized support roadmap for the non-curriculum for student success. Conclusions In order to establish a customized support system for the stage of student success education innovation, we prepared a comparative education roadmap and established a comparative education support system for C university.
