국문 초록

연구목적 본 연구는 심리적으로 소진된 초등교사의 동료 및 관리자 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 집단상담프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 이를 위해 전국 초등교사 350명을 대상으로 교사 심리적 소진 검사(TBI)를 실시하여 하위영역인 '교권에 대한 위기감' 영역에서 중간위험(T≥65)이상 결과를 보인 75명 중 집단상담 프로그램 참여를 희망 하는 인원을 각각 10명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 선정하여 실험집단에 본 프로그램을 적용하였다. 결과는 Mixed ANOVA로 처리하였다. 연구결과 분석 결과, 본 집단상담 프로그램은 심리적으로 소진된 초등교사의 동료 및 관리자 대인관계능력향상에 효과가 있었으며, 내용 분석 결과 실험 참가자들이 프로그램의 효과에 대해 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 또한 동료 및 관리자 대인관계능력의 하위영역 가운데 대인갈등 다루기 영역을 제외한 처음 관계 맺기, 권리주장, 자기개방, 정서적 지지 영역에서 유의미 차이를 보였다. 결론 본 연구에서 개발된 프로그램은 심리적으로 소진된 초등교사의 동료 및 관리자 대인관계능력 향상에효과가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a group counseling program to improve theinterpersonal skills of colleagues and managers of elementary school teachers who were psychologicallyexhausted and to verify its effects. Methods: To this end, 350 elementary school teachers nationwide were tested for psychologicalburnout(TBI) and ten out of 75 students who showed intermediate risk (T 65) or higher in the area ≥of crisis over teaching rights were selected as experimental and control groups. The results wereanalyzed with Mixed ANOVA. Results: As a result of the analysis, this group counseling program was effective in improving theinterpersonal skills of colleagues and managers of elementary school teachers who were psychologicallyexhausted, and as a result of the content analysis, participants in the experiment responded positivelyto the effectiveness of the program. In addition, among the sub-areas of peer and manager interpersonalskills, there was a significant difference in the areas of first relationship, claim of rights, self-openness,and emotional support, except for the areas of interpersonal conflict. Conclusion: It was found that the program developed in this study is effective in improving theinterpersonal skills of colleagues and managers of elementary school teachers who are psychologicallyexhausted.
