국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 연구실 안전리더십 측정도구를 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구에서 안전리더십은 연구실책임자가 안전에 대한 관심과 신념을 바탕으로 연구 활동종사자들과 안전에 대한 의사소통을 기반으로 안전계획을 세우고, 안전활동을 함께 수행하면서 연구실 구성원 모두가 안전에 대한 중요성을 확립하게 하는 일련의 행동으로 정의하였다. 본 측정도구는 문헌고찰, 요인 및 문항개발, 타당도 분석의 단계를 통하여 최종 개발되었다. 측정도구의 타당도 등을 확인을 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 404부를 활용하여 분석하였다. 타당도 검증을 수행한 결과 안전리더십 측정도구는 4개 요인의 14문항으로 구성되었으며, 4개 요인은 안전 의사소통, 안전관심도, 안전신념 및 계획, 안전행동 및 참여이다. 각 문항에 대해서는 6점 리커트 척도를 사용하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a laboratory safety leadership measurement tool. In this study, safety leadership was defined as a series of actions in which laboratory managers establish safety plans based on safety communication with research workers based on their interest and belief in safety, and all laboratory members establish the importance of safety. This measurement tool was finally developed through the stages of literature review, factor and item development, and validity analysis. A survey was conducted to confirm the validity of the measurement tool, and a total of 404 copies were analyzed. As a result of the validity verification, the safety leadership measurement tool consisted of 14 questions of four factors, and the four factors were safety communication, safety interest, safety belief and planning, safety behavior, and participation. For each question, a 6-point Likert scale was used.
