병원파견학급에 입급된 지체장애학생의 교육지원에 대한 인식

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 병원파견학급에 입급된 지체장애학생의 교육지원에 대한 교사, 학부모, 치료사의 인식과요구를 심층적으로 탐색하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구방법: 교사, 치료사, 학부모 6명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였으며, 면담은 관련 선행 연구에서 분석하여 면담지를 구성한 후 반구조화된 방식으로 진행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, ‘여전히 부족한 교육현장’ 주제에는 수업시간의 부족, 교육공간의 부족, 관계자들 간의 소통 부족 등 총 3개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 둘째, ‘교육청과 학교에 바라는 점’ 주제에는 학생 맞춤형 교육과정 운영, 교수·학습지원 확대, 관련 인력들의 협력체계 구축 등 총 3개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지체장애학생의 교육지원방안을 모색하고 향후 교육방향 설정을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to deeply explore the perceptions and demands of teachers, parents, and therapists regarding educational support for students with physical disabilities enrolled in hospital-based classrooms. Method: To achieve this study's purpose, six individuals (i.e., teachers, parents, therapists) were chosen as interviewees. In-depth interviews were conducted after constructing interview questionnaire based on the analysis of prior studies. Results: The results of this study were as follows. First, under the theme of 'Shortages in classrooms' three sub-themes were identified, including a lack of class time, insufficient educational space, and communication gaps. Second, under the theme of 'Expectations from the Office of Education and Schools,' three sub-themes were identified, which include the implementation of customized curriculum for students, increased support for teaching and learning, and the establishment of a collaborative system among relevant personnel. Conclusion: Based on these results, future directions for supporting students with physical disabilities were proposed.
