영문 초록

If we look at the policies related to fishing villages related to this study, focusing on the government's policies in 2023, first, we need to prepare for the globalization of fishing village specialties. Second, the village should be promoted to foreign tourists entering the marine leisure tourism base area and the base marina (sea station) so that they can pass through or stay in the fishing village. Third, it is necessary to create fishing villages with marine tourism in mind by ensuring equal opportunities for fishing villagers on islands and coastal areas, strengthening support for stabilizing people's livelihoods, and encouraging fishing villagers to take an interest in marine tourism in response to the government's policy of increasing investment for sustainable regional growth. In conclusion, the contents of the 6th industrialization of fishing villages are connected to each other like a value chain through the convergence of many parts such as production, processing, distribution, and tourism. This value chain is the same for government policies and marine tourism. If we understand these value chains and secure the identity of the fishing village through communication and capacity building among the villagers, we will be able to create a competitive fishing village with sustainability centered on the residents and without worrying about the disappearance of the region.
