고등학생의 사회불안과 사회적 지지가 스마트폰 중독과 또래관계에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 고등학생을 대상으로 사회불안과 사회적 지지가 스마트폰 중독과 또래관계에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 방법 부산광역시 소재 C 사립 고등학생 350명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 328명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 고등학생의 사회불안, 사회적 지지, 스마트폰 중독, 또래관계에 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였으며 사회불안, 사회적 지지, 스마트폰 중독, 또래관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 고등학생의 사회불안, 사회적 지지, 스마트폰 중독, 또래관계는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 고등학생의사회불안과 사회적 지지는, 스마트폰 중독에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 고등학생의 사회불안과 사회적 지지는 또래관계에 유의한영향을 미친다. 넷째, 고등학생의 사회불안은 사회적 지지에 비해 스마트폰 중독에 더 많은 영향을 미치고, 사회적 지지는 사회불안에 비해 또래관계에 더 많은 영향을 미친다. 결론 상담 현장에서 스마트폰 중독과 또래관계를 다룰 때 사회불안과 사회적 지지에 주의를 집중하게 했다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the effect of social anxiety and social support on smartphone addiction and peer relationship of high school students is to be investigated. Methods For this purpose, survey was conducted to 350 private C high school students in Busan, and the data from 328 students were used in the final analysis. The SPSS Ver 26.0 program was used to analyze the relationship between high school students' social anxiety, social support, smartphone addiction, and peer relationships, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the impact on social anxiety, social support, smartphone addiction, and peer relationships. Results First, high school students’ social anxiety, social support, smartphone addiction, and peer relationship have statistically significant correlation. Second, high school students’ social anxiety and social support show significant effect on smartphone addiction. Third, high school students’ social anxiety and social support have significant impact on peer relationships. Fourth, high school students’ social anxiety shows greater effect than social support on smartphone addiction; and, social support shows greater effect than social anxiety on peer relationship. Conclusions It is meaningful in that it focused attention on social anxiety and social support, which are the causes, when dealing with smartphone addiction and peer relationships at the counseling site.
