간호대학생의 눈치, 자기결정성이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 눈치와 자기결정성이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상자는 U시에 소재하는 2개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 123명을 임의 추출하였다. 2022년 8월 1일부터 2022년11월 30일까지 구글 설문지를 활용한 온라인 설문 방식을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을이용하여 실수와 백분율, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Hierarchical regression이 실시되었다. 결과 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스는 눈치(r=-.255 p<.01), 자기결정성(r=-.398, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 자기결정성(β=-.220, p<.05), 임상실습만족도:불만(β=.460, p<.001), 임상실습만족도:보통(β=.190, p<.05)이 임상실습 스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 이들 변인에 의한 설명력은33.5%였다(F=11.238, p<.001, Adjusted R2=33.5%). 결론 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 간호대학생이 임상현장에서 경험하는 어려움들을 구체적으로 파악하고, 학생이자기결정성을 최대한 발휘하면서 적절한 해결 방법을 찾을 수 있도록 지원하는 현실적인 임상실습 지도전략을 모색하여 이를 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of nursing students' nunchi and self-determination on clinical practice stress. Methods The subjects of this study were recruited from two universities located in U-city, and there were 123 nursing students. Data were collected from August 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022 using a Google questionnaire. The analysis method was performed by real number, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Hierarchical regression using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results Clinical practice stress in Nursing students showed a negative correlation with nunchi(r=-.255 p<.01) and self-determination(r=-.398, p<.001). As a result of Hierarchical regression analysis, self-determination (β=-.220, p<.05), clinical practice satisfaction: dissatisfaction (β=.460, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction: average (β= .190, p<. 05) were found to be factors affecting clinical practice stress, and the explanatory power of these variables was 33.5% (F=11.238, p<.001, Adjusted R2=33.5%). Conclusions In order to reduce the stress of clinical practice, it is necessary to identify the difficulties that nursing students experience in the clinical field in detail, and seek a realistic clinical practice guidance strategy that supports students to find appropriate solutions while maximizing their self-determination. In addition, it is rnecessary to develop an educational program that can apply these teaching strategies.
