대면 수업과 비대면 수업에 관한 학습 태도와 수업 만족도 조사연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나-19로 인해 비대면으로 이루어지던 수업이 대면 수업과 비대면 수업으로 병행되었고 이를 경험한 학생들을 대상으로 학습 태도와 수업 만족도를 분석함으로써 향후 수업 설계및 운영에 관한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 충북지역 소재 S대학 교양 수업을 듣는 학생 중 대면수업과 비대면 수업 경험이 있는 총 131명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였으며 대면 수업과 비대면 수업의 학습 태도 및 수업 만족도 조사를 위해 총 86문항의 설문조사를 실시하였으며SPSS 25 통계프로그램을 활용해 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 연구 결과, 비대면 수업에서 복습 효과, 학습자료 제공, 학습 계획, 지속적인 수강 여부 등에 대해 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 대면수업에서 지식 습득 정도, 수업에 대한 이해도, 교사와 학생 간의 의사소통, 수업의 필요성 등으로나타났다. 특히 학생들은 비대면 수업 환경 측면에 있어서 비대면 수업을 선호하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 향후 비대면 수업의 내실화와 수업의 질 향상을 위해서는 교수자와 학습자 간의 상호작용과 라포 형성을 위한 교수자의 지속적인 전문성 개발이 필요하며 비대면 학습자의 주도적인 학습력 향상을 위한 다양한 지원이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for future class design and operation by analyzing learning attitudes and class satisfaction for students who experienced it in parallel with face-to-face classes due to COVID-19. To this end, a total of 131 students who have experience in face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes at S University in Chungcheongbuk-do were selected for the study, 86 questions were conducted to survey learning attitudes and class satisfaction of face-to-face and non-face classes, and results were derived using the SPSS 25 statistical program. Studies have shown that students prefer non-face-to-face classes, especially in terms of non-face-to-face instruction, such as review effects, learning materials, learning plans, and continuous attendance. Therefore, in order to internalize non-face-to-face classes and improve the quality of classes in the future, it is necessary to continuously develop the professors' expertise for interaction and lapo formation between instructors and learners, and various support should be provided to improve the leading learning ability of non-face-to-face learners.
