The purpose of this study is to analyze the text of listening comprehension test and find out how authenticity of spoken language, turn taking, backchannel cues is realized and it suggests how to organize the text of listening comprehension test. To infer whether the learner is properly following the listening material, it should be preceded to organize authentic listening text based on real-world listening. However, listening texts are usually organized into one to one conversation except very few, and they represent turn-taking conversation which makes it difficult to find out how the rules of turn-taking actually take place. Also, the topic shift based on meaningful relation is refined without interruption or intrusion and there is no mutual response between the two persons. In listening comprehension test, it has significant meaning as a practical matter that educationally processed listening text can be easily inputted while unlike grammar of vocabulary which needs correction depending on the learner’s cognitive level, spoken language can be verified in the aspect of interaction and that’s why authenticity should be guaranteed when listening text is organized.
