This theme is to study some conquest task to improve a treatment of Korean language teachers. To accomplish these purposes, I understood the growth of Korean language education the aggregate concept. Furthermore I gave attention to local limits of Korean language education. Then, I made a survey of the private understanding about Korean language education on Korean language teachers live in Busan, Gyungnam and Gyungbuk districts. And then, I made an analysis on the results of my survey. On the basis of these analysis results, I presented some way to improve the treatment of Korean language teachers as follows. 1) learning fields (1) systematic and long-acting retraining for Korean language teachers (2) basic training on some foreign language (3) revitalization of a scientific interchange and a personal exchange between regions, and organizations 2) non-learning fields (1) administrative, financial assistance and a plan of financial support (2) construction of a social understanding (3) profession stability and specificity support (4) change of the issue organization of a Korean language teacher´s license.
