국문 초록

북한 무인기 침투와 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁에서 보듯이 드론 테러의 위협은 전·평시, 지역에 상관없이 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 최근 드론을 독단적으로 사용하기보다 여러 대의 드론을 집단으로 운용하여 테러를 자행하는 군집드론 테러가 확대되고 있어 이에 대한 대비책을 수립하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 북한 무인기 침투사례와 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁을 통해 드론이 사용되고 있는 실태를 알아보고, 군집드론 테러 대비방안을 탐지단계, 무력화 및 타격단계로 구분하여 제시하였다.

영문 초록

As seen in the infiltration of North Korean drones and the Ukraine-Russia war, the threat of drone terrorism continues to occur in wartime and peacetime, regardless of region. Recently, swarm drone terrorism, in which drones are operated in groups rather than individually, is expanding, and it is difficult to establish countermeasures against them. Through North Korean drone infiltration cases and the Ukraine-Russia war, the reality of using drones was investigated, and countermeasures against swarm drone terrorism were presented by dividing them into detection, neutralization, and strike phases.
