아버지의 자아탄력성, 부모-자녀 간 의사소통, 양육참여가 양육효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 선정하고 이들 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 서울, 경기도, 충청도 유아의 아버지 518명을 대상으로 양육효능감 관련 변인을 측정하기 위한 검사를 실시하였다. 독립변인으로서 자아탄력성, 부모-자녀 간 의사소통, 양육참여, 매개변인으로서 행복감을 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석을 하였고, AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 아버지의 자아탄력성, 양육참여가 양육효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 부모-자녀 간 의사소통이 양육효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 자아탄력성, 부모-자녀 간 의사소통은 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 양육참여는 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아버지의 자아탄력성, 양육참여가 양육효능감에 미치는 영향에서 행복감은 부분매개효과가 나타났고, 부모-자녀 간 의사소통이 양육효능감에 미치는 영향에서 행복감은 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 통해 아버지의 양육효능감에 있어서 아버지의 개인 내적 변인과 행복감의 중요성 및 그 개입의 필요성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, variables affecting the parenting efficacy of fathers with infant children were selected and the structural relationship between them was analyzed. Methods To this end, a test was conducted on 518 fathers of infants in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do to measure variables related to parenting efficacy. Self-elasticity, parent-child communication, parenting participation, and happiness were selected as independent variables. The collected data were subjected to descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS 24.0, and mediating effects were verified through AMOS 24.0 program. Results First, it was found that father's self-elasticity and parenting participation had a significant effect on parenting efficacy, but parent-child communication did not have a significant effect on parenting efficacy. Second, it was found that father's self-elasticity and parent-child communication had a significant effect on happiness, but parenting participation did not have a significant effect on happiness. Third, happiness had a partial mediating effect in the effect of father's self-elasticity and parenting participation on parenting efficacy, and happiness had a complete mediating effect in the effect of parent-child communication on parenting efficacy. Conclusions Through the results of this study, the importance of the father's individual internal variables and happiness in the father's parenting efficacy and the necessity of its intervention were presented.
