국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 고등학교 1학년 진로집중학기에 일반 고등학교 학생의 진로⋅학업 설계 역량을 신장하기 위한 교수⋅학습 측면에서의 지원 모형을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 고교학점제 및 진로집중학기에 대한 이해도가 높은 5년 이상 경력의 학교 교육 전공자 30명을 대상으로 2022년 7월 6일부터 8월 3일까지 델파이 조사를 2차례 온라인으로 실시하여 진로집중학기 설계 모형과 원리의 타당화 작업을 수행하였다. 결과 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 교수⋅학습 지원 모형을 개발하였는데, 1) 단위학교가 주체가 되어 진로집중하기를 설계하고 수행하며 평가하는 모형, 원리, 상세지침인 ‘단위학교 진로집중학기 설계 모형과 원리’, 2) 교사가 주체가 되어 진로집중학기의 교과/창의적 체험활동을 설계하고 수행하는 모형과 원리, 상세지침인 ‘학습자의 진로⋅학업 설계 역량 신장을 위한 교수⋅학습 모형과 원리’로 나눌 수 있다. 결론 이를 통해 진로집중학기에서 학습자의 진로⋅학업 설계 역량 신장을 목표로 통합적이고 유기적으로 진로⋅학업 설계 지도를 할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore a support model in terms of teaching and learning to enhance the career and academic design capabilities of general high school students in the career intensive semester of the first year of high school. Methods To this end, a Delphi survey was conducted twice via online on 30 school education majors with more than 5 years of experience with a high understanding of the high school credit system and career intensive semester to validate and modify the model. Results Through this, this study developed a teaching and learning support model. 1) A model, principle, and detailed guideline for designing and evaluating career intensive semesters. 2) A model and principle for designing and conducting curriculum/creative experience activities in career intensive semesters. Conclusions Through this, it is expected that career and academic design guidance can be provided integrally and organically with the aim of enhancing learners' career and academic design capabilities in the career intensive semester.
